Buyer protection


What guarantees can I get ?
  • Full refund if you don't receive your order.
  • If you received item which is different from the seller's original product description, wrong item, defect or damage. Please contact sellers immediately without removing the tags, altering, or washing the item for refund or exchange another item .
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging,unworn, unwashed, unaltered  within 7 to 15 days after buyer received the items. 

How do I track my order ?


You will receive an email containing a tracking number of your order. Depending on the chosen courier, there may sometimes be a delay of one working day between dispatching your order from sellers warehouse in China and obtaining the shipping tracking number. 

Note: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you don't get the tracking information of your order, please contact seller for more information.

  • Standard shipping ( China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel, etc...)

How to Track Orders Shipped via China Registered Airmail?


All orders shipped via China Registered Airmail come with a tracking number like "RA", "RB". or "RL" and end with "CN".
